strmvt: IMHO about 5 minutes or so with no revving. I've never fouled a plug since the day I've bought her and I start it up hop on and go with her running long enough to put my helmet and gloves on but when I do take of I don't nail it I ride nice and smooth for a few miles then get on her I also have the Iridium plugs in her I'm sure that helps as well.
